Making Tax Digital for VAT

“The vast majority of VAT-registered businesses with a taxable turnover above the VAT threshold (£85,000) are now required to follow the Making Tax Digital rules by keeping digital records and using software to submit their VAT returns.” HM Revenue & Customs

Here we present a few of the many screens showing our Aptos product suite. These screens, like the majority across the product suite, are customisable. Reduce clutter by removing fields that you don’t need or add more that you do need. Change colours, arrange ordering. It’s your choice. Don’t be overwhelmed. Journal Entry

Here you see our journal entry screen being used with the a ledger called GL representing a general ledger. However the naming is fully user definable and you can create as many as required with a full set of varying types.

Invoice Entry

Invoices may be entered on-line or via batch mechanisms or using document management.

Includes comprehensive handling BASDA compliant e-Business invoices.

Full integration with purchase order management allows on-line entry and matching of invoices and purchase orders and receipts.

Budget v Actuals

Unlimited number of summary balances may be defined to enable real time summary enquiries and reporting.

General Ledger

Aptos unified design means that all ledgers are seamlessly integrated in real time. 

Any number of user definable journal types may be configured and linked to user definable transaction types. Unlimited number of user definable analysis types may be created and made optional or mandatory.
